Set dead condition main hum sabse pehle battery connector (MST) ko check karte hain. Agar battery connector ek taraf se value show karta hai aur ek taraf se kuch bhi show nhi karta to battery connector (MST) ok hai.
Note:- MST ko check karne ke liye Multi-meter ko continuity point par set karte hain aur Battery connector (MST) ke plus(+) minise( - ) ko check karte hain jisme hume 2 condition ka pata chalta hai.

OK condition:- yeh wo condition hai jisme MST ek side se value show karta hai aur ek taraf se kuch bhi show nhi karta... to MST ok hai.
Solution:- sabse pehle battery ko 3.7v ke liye check krege. battery ok hai to phone ko charging par laga kar check krege charging show karta hai to problem on/off switch se hai. on/off switch ko check karke change kare.
lekin phone charging show nhi karta to pure mother board ko white petrol ya asseton se saaf karke halka heat karege aur fir on karke dekhege aur fir bhi on nhi hota hai to on/off button par multimeter se 2.8v ki frequency check krege. agat isme 2.8v par voltage aa rha hai to problem software ki hai aur agar voltage nhi aa rha hai to problem hardware ki hai. isme ab check krege ki phone me 5 pin se zyada wala charging jack to nhi laga , agar laga hai to use remove karke check krege aur agar nhi laga to C.P.U aur Power I.C ko paste laga kar 5 se 10 sec tak heat krege problem solve ho jaegi..

Solution:- Is condition me hum sbse pehle motherboard ko physical check krege agar kahi par mosture ya carbonn jama hua hai to white petrol se saaf karke halka heat krege. aur fir bhi leakage nhi hatti hai to phone main sabse pehle P.F.O ke pass laga Non Polarised capacitor ko leakage ke liye check karke remove kar dege agar fir bhi leakage nhi hatti to P.F.O par paste laga kar use halka heat karege agar fir bhi leakage nhi hatti to Power I.C , C.P.U , Charging Jack aur Battery connector ke pass lage Non Polorised Capacitor (N.P.C) ko shoting ke liye check karege jo bhi capacitor kharab nikle use remove karke battery connector par leakage conditon check krege. Agar kisi I.C ke pass zyada quantity par capacitors shot milte hai to wo I.C shot hai. us I.C ko H.R.C (Heat Reball Change) karna chahiye. lekin us I.C ko H.R.C karne se pehle P.F.O , Light I.C , aur Ringer I.C ko one by one karke remove karke check kare.
