Firstly we will check Battery connector (MST). If it shows value at one side and the other side it shows nothing then the battery connector is ok.
Note:- we will set Multi-meter at continuity point to check battery connector (MST) and then we checks on positive (+) and negative (-) pins of Battery connector (MST). In this process we get 2 conditions.
1:- OK condition
2:- Leakage condition
OK condition:- In this condition we will see that Battery connector(MST) shows one side value and the other side nothing that's means Battery Connector is OK.
Solution:- Firstly we will check our battery's voltage at 3.7v. If battery is OK then plug in your phone at charging if it shows charging then the problem is from on/off switch of the phone. now check and change the on/off switch. but if phone doesn't show charging then clean the mother board with white petrol or asseton and heat it with warm air fro few seconds and then check the phone. If it still not working then we will check about 2.8v voltage at on/off switch from multi-meter. If it shows 2.8v voltage then the problem is from software issue and if it is not showing this voltage then the problem is from hardware. then we will see that if there is a 5 pins charging jack in the phone and if it have then we will remove that charging jack and check the phone. If the charging jack jack is OK then we will apply some paste on C.P.U and Power I.C and heat them for 5 to 10 sec. Problem will 100% solve.
Leakage Condition:- In this condition when we check battery connector (MST) it gives beep sound from both sides of pins. Most of the sets be dead because of this issue.
Solution:- Firstly we will check mother board physically. If there is any carbon or any type of moisture on the mother board then we will clean it from applying white petrol on it and then brush it from tooth brush. If it still shows leakage condition then firstly check the Non polorised Capacitor (N.P.C) near the P.F.O for leakage and remove non polorised capacitor. If still phone is in leakage conditon then we will apply some paste on P.F.O and heat it for 10 sec. If that's doesn't work then we will check all Non polorised capacitors near the Power I.C , C.P.U , Charging Jack and Battery Connector and removes the leaked capacitors. If th
ere are too many capacitors leaked near any I.C then that I.C is shot. we have to do H.R.C(heat, Reball, Change) that I.C. Before we apply H.R.C on that I.C firstly we should remove P.F.O, Light I.C, Ringer I.C one by one and checks the phone. it will be working definitely.
Note:- To check leakage condition capacitors. firstly set the multi meter on continuity point and check capacitors both sides. if it gives beep sound on both sides the it is faulty and if it gives beep sound on one side and the other side its shows nothing then it is OK.
