Nokia Lumia 610C Earpiece Ways Problem Solution

This post is for Nokia Lumia 610C Earpiece problem solution. It works for both Nokia Lumia 610 and Lumia 610C. Earpiece which some people also call speaker is used for listening to calls. It is placed on the Top front side of the phone.

There are two ways you can check both speaker and earpiece in Nokia Lumia 610C. You need to access On-Device Diagnostic Tool in your mobile phone. If you don’t know how to do that read this guide How to Access Diagnostics Apps in Nokia Lumia 610C.

In the Diagnostics app you can either start Audio Loop back option to test Earpiece, Loud Speaker and headset of your mobile phone. You can check if the Left or Right side of the headphone is working or not.

The other option is DTMF test. In there you will see some buttons on the screen. At pressing those buttons in your Nokia Lumia 610C you will hear sounds. You can either route those sounds to Earpiece or Loud Speaker.
