Microphone in Nokia Lumia 510 is soldered to the motherboard of the mobile phone. So there is a very little chance it gets damaged or disturbed. If by any chance it does I have marked all the Mic Ways Jumpers points in the diagram below.
Now remember before making any of these jumpers please make sure that a faulty microphone is not causing this problem. Only make these jumpers if the microphone’s placing prints are damaged. Second thing you don’t need to make all the jumpers as shown here. I have marked all the ways just in case you have damaged the next points too.

The positive point of Nokia Lumia 510 microphone is marked with red line and is connected to the top of C1901, R1901, R1903 and the bottom of VR1902. The negative point of the mic is marked with black jumper line, it is connected to the bottom of R1907, VR1903 & the top of C1904.
